One of the most well known Niagara Falls Tours is the Maid of the Mist Boat ride tour. First Launched in 1846, the boat has been an ambassador for Niagara Falls ever since. This is something we try to do every year, to keep a fresh perspective on what we can tell our friends that take our Niagara Falls Tours that this is one Niagara Falls attraction that is not to be missed! You will not find something like this anywhere else in the world! The boat takes you close to the American Falls and in the pit of the Horeshoe, daring to go as close to Niagara Falls as possible while still staying safe – scary and amazing at the same time!
You can take the Made of the Mist on our 3 or more hour Niagara Falls Tours. Tickets not included in tour price. Please allow 1-1.5 hours for this attraction depending on how long lines are. We recommend taking the Maid of the Mist from the American side of the border due to shorter lines (they are the exact same ride and ran by the same company).

Brad Pitt & Son’s Visit Maid of the Mist

We here at NiagaraFallsTour.net didn’t know about it until we read the article in the paper and saw the photos, but apparently Brad Pitt and son’s visited the Maid of the Mist on the Canadian side of the border this weekend. Angelina Jolie is filiming outside of the Albany area so Brad must have taken advantage of the 80 degree days in April here in the Falls. Yes I said 80 degrees. Today we nearly had record highs – and just think, a week ago it was snowing! All is well though because tempratures will drop back to the normal 60s range later this week, so those of you that are reading this and hoping for a mid 80 day in April, you missed your chance!

Spring in Niagara Falls

Well, it is that time of year again, the snow is melting and everyone seems to be searching the internet making their summer travel plans. We’re still developing the site here at Niagara Falls Tours, but you can call us at anytime to inquire about our services.
It’s still a bit early for the Maid of the Mist to launch in 2009 - usually that happens in late April to early May due to the amount of ice at the bottom of the Falls.
The sun is starting to shine and we’ve been having tempratures in the middle 40s all week – a good sign! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call us here at Niagara Falls Tours. Want to get out and see Niagara Falls at night? Want to treat yourself to a limousine ride just for the fun of it? Try our nightly Niagara Falls Illumination Package. Starting at dusk, this package includes two hours of service time for viewing the falls. We show you the illuminated upper rapids area (we know some hidden spots great for photos!). Then we take a slow leisurely ride around Goat Island dropping you in the area of Terrapin point. On Friday and Sunday evenings in the summer, you can also use this package to catch the 10pm fireworks display!

You may substitute any of the above attractions for other things such as the Cave of the Winds or Maid of the Mist. Some other ideas to combine for our three hour Niagara Falls Tours include the Whirlpool Jet boat in Lewiston, 4-D Theatre and Outlet Shopping in Niagara Falls. Your itinerary is totally customizable to suit your needs and things you would like to do.
Standard Amenities include cold beverages and snacks on board your vehicle.
Attraction tickets (although discounts or coupons may be available) and chauffeur gratuities are not included.
